| SecureAware v 4.1.2 Released!

This is a full version of SecureAware. In order to use this software legally, you will need authorization and a license key from Lightwave Security. The Windows installer supports Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Server 2003. If you have not received a license key from LIghtwave Security, you are not allowed to download or use this software. If you have purchased SecureAware or have made an evaluation agreement with Lightwave Security, you may use SecureAware including the contents it produces until the license key expires.
New release of SecureAware version 4.1.2 – With a PCI DSS upgrade and improvements to Risk TNG
We are proud to announce the release of SecureAware 4.1.2. The new version contains a number of improvements and also a few bug fixes. You will find more information about this in the release log.
You are receiving this upgrade notification because you have expressed an interest in PCI DSS upgrades. This release is not sent to all our customers since we do not want to bother them with upgrades too often. All 4.1.2. functionality will, of course, be included in later releases.

If you did not purchase SecureAware, you may use SecureAware including the contents it produces solely for evaluation purposes and only until your license key expires. If you do not purchase SecureAware, you are not allowed to use the software or the content that you may have generated with the software. You need to delete all coies or installations of SecureAware or that you may have made. If you download, you consent to these terms.
Upgrade Guide
Please use this guide to upgrade SecureAware to version 4.1.2. If you have a customized SecureAware Skin, please read these instructions first.
Please note:
Customers that do not run SecureAware with default settings (e.g. non-standard database) no longer have to move configuration files manually to upgrade SecureAware.
- Make sure you have administrator rights (rights to install and run services) on the server.
- Stop the SecureAware service and backup your database.
- Stop the IIS (if this is used).
- Download SecureAware version 4.1.2.
- Execute the installation program
- When you click "Finish" at the end of the installation process, SecureAware will open in your browser.
- Click "Continue the installation or upgrade".
- Type the upgrade password snRt!32w and click OK
- When the database upgrade has ended, click "Return to SecureAware".
- Start the IIS (if this is used).

Please note that you have to change Java JDK from version 1.4 to version 6
