State of the art video conferencing and voice communication technologies, as well as instant communication tools, enable tight collaboration between our certified team of Security Analysts at our SOCs.
All critical information systems are replicated in real-time, ensuring uninterrupted 24x7x365 service delivery uptime under all circumstances. Located in Atlanta, Ga., Chicago, Ill., Myrtle Beach, S.C., Providence, R.I. and Edinburgh, U.K., each of the Dell SecureWorks SOCs are completely self-sufficient and operate from carrier-grade facilities that have redundant ISP connections, backup power generators and redundant systems to maintain service delivery for all clients.
Security Analyst Team
Our Security Operations Centers are staffed by the most experienced, well-trained and well-equipped team of Security Analysts in the industry. We require all of our Security Analysts to hold the SANS GIAC GCIA (GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst) certification. This team also holds a variety of security industry and product certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CCSP, CCSE, CCSA, MCSE, etc. All of our Security Analysts also have multiple years of real-world network security experience which they leverage to fully investigate and analyze security activity.
Dell SecureWorks Counter Threat Unit™ Research Team
Dell SecureWorks' Counter Threat Unit™ research team is a group of experts dedicated to identifying security threats and developing preventative countermeasures. Using the information collected from monitoring billions of security events across more than 2,900 clients, the security research group analyzes anomalous activity to discover new attack techniques and threats as they emerge – developing countermeasures that protect our clients before damage is done.
